Channel Clarity lets a business send and receive text messages with its own customers from one business number. The business you are dealing with is the sender of each message. Channel Clarity is the service it uses to send, receive and keep those messages.

Program description

Conversational and transactional messages between a business and its customer about work the customer asked for or agreed to: quotes, questions and answers, appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, job updates, photos, invoices and receipts, and service reminders from a business you have done business with.

Consent

You receive texts from a business on Channel Clarity because you gave that business your mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text, for example when you asked for a quote, booked a job, or replied to a message from the business. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. The business is responsible for having your consent before it texts you.

Message frequency

Frequency varies by business and by job. A booked job typically produces a handful of messages around the appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business number. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further from that number. Reply START to opt back in.

Help

Reply HELP to any message for the business's contact details, or email hello@channelclarity.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See the privacy policy for how messages and numbers are handled.
